The girl answers the phone "may I help you with greatness"? And then she's unhelpful. If you have a charge card and you pay it off each month it's worth the 30% off coupons plus rewards. Other than that the interest rate is too high. This store is pretty clean and in store employees face-to-face are friendly, but just not on the phone.
The store is ok. The shoe dept is awful and messy. The merchandise piled in the hallways make it tough to get around. I only shop in this place when something I want is on a fantastic sale otherwise I do not go in there.
Whoever answers the phone is very rude and short. Not willing to help answer your questions. Very displeased.
Very well stocked and neat just before Christmas, as always. It was super easy to find what we needed. Not always the case at retail stores, even outside the holidays. Great job, Quakertown Kohl's!
Recently, clothes shopping for my teen. Great variety of clothing, sweaters galore! Awesome sales and the staff was very helpful. We NEVER leave disjointed. Next trip for me! LOL
