This place always has the worse sales people whenever I go in to look at Appliances or Televisions. I highly suggest Best Buy since they have free delivery for the same price and have non-commissioned sales people. Last week I was at this Sears store in Qtown to see what Wash Machines they had on sale. I asked the sales guy about a Samsung Washer and he immediately started bashing it saying "anything made in Korea is garbage" "We have nothing but complaints with everything from Samsung". A minute later a lady walks in asking about a french door Samsung Refrigerator. The guy immediately changes his tone and starts praising Samsung, at the same time, walks away and totally ignores me. Kind of rude since I was trying to find out if Maytag or Whirlpool were better.
My stove actually caught on fire the day before I was having a dinner party for 15 people. Scott at Sears knew which stove he had in sock and could deliver to me the same day. No other local store knew their stock or could guarantee same day delivery. I had my new stove up and running within 5 hours of completing the purchase. I can't thank these guys enough for coming through for me!!
Scott and Kerry were very good with helping me buy my appliances. They were professional and honest and they have really great sales !!! Saved a whole lot of money! 5 starssssss :)
Not a full size Sears and limited selection. However the people are nice and helpful.
