Love the customer service provided. I hosted an event for my school district with over 200 guest. The managers especially Kelly, did an amazing job.
They gave everyone a free movie ticket. I told them that we got wet from the water and they just gave us a shocked face. Thanks for the movie ticket, but a poncho would be nice next time.
Edit: After I posted this, I got a call from their management apologizing and told us they will be sending us more free vouchers. So thank you.
Just got done watching a movie here. The movie was great, but the experience was terrible. The theater was packed so we sat in the second row. About halfway through the movie, I felt rain drops hitting my shoes. Thinking it was nothing at first, I then noticed the huge water puddle in front of my seat. By the end of the movie, my fiance and I had wet pants, wet shoes, and drops of water that got on our faces and snacks.
The employees were at the exits after the movie ended to apologize to the entire audience about the air conditioning. We assumed the roof was leaking from the rain, because the temperature seemed fine to us.
Bathrooms really dirty the manager is quite unpleasant had a issue with my regal crown club rewards when I purchased my ticket they told me I had a free popcorn then when I went to the snack bar I did not have free popcorn then i spoke with the manager did not get his name he told me that I declined the free popcorn at the ticket stand that was not true and then still tried to ram it down my neck that I declined the free popcorn very bad at people skills I just go to the promenade shopsinstead it's a nicer more cleaner up to date theatre that appreciates your business.
Bathrooms Are Small, Staff Is Nice, Good Speakers. Snack Bar Is Not That Fast. Seats Are Comfortable. Easy To Get In And Out.
Update: This was 2 weeks ago when I gave them my address for them to send us out more vouchers. We have yet to receive anything from them in the mail. Unless they wrote down the wrong address.. I'm keeping this rating at 2 stars.
For the most part, it's a nice place. The bathrooms are super small. The popcorn and drinks are expensive. It is never overly crowded. Seats are ok. To see a movie , this place will do.
Also, I changed my rating to a 1 star because a simple promise can't be kept.
2nd Update: So now a month has gone by and still haven't received the vouchers like we were promised. I just sent the company an email to find out what's going on.
