To Be Honest A Great Place. Staff Is Great, Food Always Comes To Your Expectations. My Favorite Piece Of Food Is The Original Gourmet Burger. Waiters Take Care Of Tables Instantly. The Atmosphere is Great. Bathrooms Are Clean. Always A Lot Of Entertainment When Waiting For Food (televisions artwork etc.). Great Place To Go Out With Family.
We ordered soup, waitress forgot about it. My wife likes steaming hot soup and asked the waitress to make sure it was very hot. By the time it was served, along with our entrees, my wife's soup was not very hot. Her burger was not prepared correctly (missing ingredients) .she ordered it cooked medium well but it was medium raw. The manager replaced the bad burger with one that was way better and took it off our bill.
Good food and atmosphere. Giving only 3 stars because we always have to wait a while for our bottomless fries to come out... Today they didn't appear until we were ready to leave. Wish they could be a little faster with that part. It makes it seem a little bit like a gimmick to us to deter you from ordering too many. We did speak to the manager today about this and she was receptive to our feedback, so we'll see.
It wasn't very crowded when we arrived got seated immediately & we got a very nice waitress she on point she came over took our order quick & continued to check if we needed anything the whole time we was there even know it started to get crowded as it became dinner time. It is a lil expensive for a burger but well worth it they are a good size & you get bottomless fries so you shouldn't leave there not full. It was clean & a nice atmosphere. I love going here when I feel like eating a burger.
I ordered a burger that was more simple. The meat was delicious. The little bit of seasoning and bread complimented well. Fries were decent. Dessert options were good.
