Lot rent is insanely high for this area. When you add trash and other fees it is higher than any other park, which is why there are so many abandoned trailers. Maintaince is lacking. The parking lots for motorhomes had breakers pulled from the panel.
Ellen the manager is nice and very helpful I need it my mower fixed and Ellen gave me a number to a gentleman that fixed it at a reasonable price she is very helpful and a good friend
I moved in this year and I have to say this place is wonderful , the Neighbors are great the Office is wonderful. They really made the move in experience special and have been absolutely great even months after. If you have the opportunity to live here it is definitely worth it.
Quiet. Pleasant neighborhood. Dog friendly. Good neighbors.
Great place to live. Very well maintained grounds plus extras like club house and mini golf and a pool.
